INDIVIDUALIZED, NON-DRUG THERAPY

PEMF THERAPY PERSONALIZED FOR YOU

At Regenerative Therapy of Lady Lake, PEMF therapy is not a one-size-fits-all session. We use Pulse PEMF XL Pro systems and select the accessories, placement, frequency, intensity, and treatment time around each patient’s individual needs and tolerance.

PEMF may be incorporated into a personalized care plan to support comfort, mobility, physical recovery, and overall wellness.

MORE THAN A STANDARD PEMF SESSION

  • PEMF therapy involves more than turning on a machine. We consider several variables when preparing each patient’s session.

    ACCESSORIES
We select a chair mat, full-body mat, or targeted accessory based on the area being addressed.

    PLACEMENT
The mat or accessory is positioned according to the patient’s individual needs.

    FREQUENCY
The operating frequency is selected as part of the personalized setup.

    INTENSITY
Intensity is adjusted gradually and kept within the patient’s comfort and tolerance.

    TREATMENT TIME
Session length is selected according to the purpose of the visit and the patient’s care plan.

Your response and comfort are considered throughout the session, and the setup may be adjusted as your needs change.

HOW PEMF MAY FIT INTO YOUR CARE

COMFORT & RELAXATION

PEMF sessions are provided while you are comfortably seated or reclining. Many patients describe the experience as relaxing.

MOBILITY & PHYSICAL RECOVERY

PEMF may be incorporated into an individualized care plan when a patient’s goals involve comfort, movement, or recovery from physical activity.

ONGOING WELLNESS SUPPORT

Some patients choose periodic PEMF sessions as part of an ongoing wellness or maintenance routine.

PEMF is not appropriate for everyone. We review relevant health history before recommending care. Individual responses vary, and PEMF therapy is not a substitute for appropriate diagnosis or necessary medical treatment.

IS PEMF APPROPRIATE FOR YOU?

PEMF sessions are noninvasive, and patients remain comfortably seated or reclining. Before recommending care, we review relevant health history, implanted devices, recent procedures, and other safety considerations.

If you have had a recent injury or surgery, consult the appropriate treating physician before beginning PEMF.
This is not a complete safety list. Please provide an accurate medical history and tell us about all implanted devices, current medical conditions, recent procedures, and pregnancy before receiving PEMF therapy.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • • No needles or surgical procedures
    • Sessions are performed while seated or reclining
    • Depending on the equipment and settings, you may notice gentle pulsing or vibration—or very little sensation
    • Intensity is adjusted gradually and kept within your comfort and tolerance
    • Tell us immediately if you experience discomfort or an unexpected sensation

WHEN PEMF MAY NOT BE APPROPRIATE

  • • A pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, cochlear implant, or another implanted electronic device
    • An implanted magnetic device
    • Pregnancy
    • Active bleeding or hemorrhage
    • A known blood clot
    • An organ transplant
